Site use and order acceptance
Do not misuse, disrupt or unlawfully access the service. An order submission is an offer to purchase. Stock, pricing, payment, address details, errors and legitimate fraud controls may affect acceptance, limitation or cancellation.
Product, price and delivery information
We work to describe products accurately, though display colors and packaging can differ reasonably. Checkout shows the applicable price, tax, shipping and payment information. Delivery responsibilities and estimates appear in the Shipping Policy.
Returns and assistance
The Refund Policy accepts eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must be new and unused. Obtain approval before mailing with the free prepaid label supplied in the package; no restocking fee applies. We process or initiate an approved refund to its original method within 10 days.
