This policy separates the time we spend preparing an order from the time a carrier spends transporting it.
Order preparation
Following successful payment authorization, preparation ordinarily takes 1–2 business days. Destination availability and any shipping charge are shown at checkout. Please check the delivery address before submitting an order.
Estimated transit
After dispatch, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. The estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date; weather, seasonal volume, address corrections and other carrier events can affect progress. Tracking, when provided, contains the current carrier update.
Delivery assistance
For a delayed or missing parcel, a damage report, or a delivered scan without receipt, email rabinake488@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking number, along with photographs when they are relevant.
