Eligible new merchandise may be returned whether it has a defect or the customer has changed their mind, and eligible exchanges are accepted.
Request period and condition
Begin the request within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must be new, unused and in its original condition. Damage, defects, incorrect goods, missing parts or a meaningful difference from the description may also be reported for review.
Approval and mailing
Email rabinake488@gmail.com with the order number, purchasing email and reason; include photos or video for a product problem. Obtain approval and the confirmed return address before mailing. A free prepaid return label is included in the package for an eligible return. Ask for assistance if the label is absent or lost. No restocking fee is charged.
Exchanges and refunds
An exchange depends on approval and available inventory. After a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank, card issuer or other payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Applicable non-waivable rights remain available.
